Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fusilli or Penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. Stir in Alfredo sauce until well combined with the spinach and garlic.
  5. Fold cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, ensuring all noodles are coated. Add half of the mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese (and breadcrumbs if using).
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
