- 8 oz Fusilli or Penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce until well combined with the spinach and garlic.
- Fold cooked pasta into the sauce mixture, ensuring all noodles are coated. Add half of the mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese (and breadcrumbs if using).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
