Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour
- Unsalted Butter
- Granulated Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add ice water until the dough forms. Roll out and cut into circles for muffin tins.
- Bake the shells for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt for the filling.
- Optionally fold in pecans or raisins.
- Fill each tart shell three-quarters full with the filling and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
