  • 9 oz fresh or frozen tortellini (your favorite filling)
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
