  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  3. Pour in the vegetable broth, scraping up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the spinach and tortellini. Cook according to package instructions (5-7 minutes) until tortellini float.
  5. Taste and season with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes as desired.
