Ingredients
- Gnocchi

- Cremini mushrooms
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Wash and chop the spinach; slice the mushrooms evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add chopped spinach, salt, and pepper; mix until the spinach wilts.
- Boil salted water in another pot, add gnocchi, and cook until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain well.
- Toss cooked gnocchi into the creamy mixture until coated. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan.
