  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup buttermilk (or milk with vinegar)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into long strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs and buttermilk, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
