Description

S’mores Cheesecake is a decadent treat that combines creamy cheesecake with classic s’mores flavors, topped with toasted marshmallows and a chocolate drizzle. Perfect for impressing guests!


Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Cocoa Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
  2. For the crust, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using). Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes or until set. Leave the oven door slightly ajar after baking to prevent cracking.
  6. Toast mini marshmallows on top using the broiler until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
