- Graham Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a springform pan.
- For the crust, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for about 50 minutes or until set. Leave the oven door slightly ajar after baking to prevent cracking.
- Toast mini marshmallows on top using the broiler until golden brown.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
