- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix (herbed variety)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Cube the chicken breasts and add them to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and enough broth to moisten everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
