- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
