  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well; let sit for at least 30 minutes.
