- 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced against the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic and ginger.
- 2. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add vegetable oil and brown the beef for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture.
- 5. Secure the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow natural release for another 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
- 6. Add broccoli florets, secure the lid again, and cook on high pressure for an additional 2 minutes.
- 7. Serve over rice or noodles.
