Instructions
- 1. Prep the ingredients: Chop garlic and measure out the orzo and broth.

- 3. Sauté garlic and spinach: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add spinach, cooking until wilted.
- 4. Combine: Stir in the cooked orzo with sautéed garlic and spinach, mixing well.
- 5. Finish with parmesan: Add the freshly grated parmesan and a splash of reserved pasta water for creaminess. Stir until melted.
- 6. Serve: Plate warm, garnishing with extra cheese if desired.
