Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix fresh cranberries with olive oil, honey, and cinnamon. Spread on one half of the baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes until they burst.
- While cranberries roast, spread softened goat cheese over the other half of the flatbread.
