  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. 3. Add diced bell peppers and zucchini; sauté until tender yet vibrant (approximately 5 minutes).
