Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms.
  2. Chill the Dough: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Prep the Filling: Chop asparagus and bell peppers; steam lightly until tender.
  4. Roll Out the Dough: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll chilled dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  5. Add Cream Cheese Mixture: Spread cream cheese over the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch border. Sprinkle with dried herbs.
