Easter Bunny Pancakes are a delightful way to celebrate the holiday, bringing joy and creativity to your breakfast table. Fluffy and fun, they’re perfect for family gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (whole or alternative)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix in milk and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients; mix until just combined (lumps are okay).
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Use extra batter to create bunny ears by pouring two smaller circles next to each pancake.
  7. Serve topped with whipped cream, fruits, and chocolate chips for decoration.
