- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and bake until golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks until smooth. Gradually mix in lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Stir in lemon zest for extra flavor, then pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
