  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and bake until golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks until smooth. Gradually mix in lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
  3. Stir in lemon zest for extra flavor, then pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
