- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (Optional)
Instructions
