  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (cooked)
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden.
