Description

Spicy Beef Noodles are a quick, vibrant dish that combines tender beef and colorful vegetables in a bold sauce, delivering satisfying flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin
  • 8 oz Rice Noodles
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips. Finely chop garlic and ginger; slice bell pepper.
  2. Boil salted water, cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and reserve some cooking water.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat to high, add sliced beef, and stir-fry until browned (3-4 minutes).
  5. Add bell pepper, stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and Sriracha; mix well, adding reserved noodle water for desired consistency.
  7. Toss in cooked rice noodles until coated in sauce; heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot topped with chopped green onions.
