- 2–3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
- 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Add broccoli during the last two minutes of cooking.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli; set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until simmering.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Toss together the drained pasta, broccoli, and sliced chicken with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
