Description

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is a delightful, creamy pasta dish that combines succulent chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a rich Alfredo sauce over tender fettuccine. Perfect for busy weeknights or special family gatherings, this easy-to-make recipe delivers a comforting meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 8 oz Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Add broccoli during the last two minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain the pasta and broccoli; set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until simmering.
  5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Toss together the drained pasta, broccoli, and sliced chicken with the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
