Description

Honey Garlic Soy Sauce Chicken is a delightful fusion of sweet and savory flavors, featuring tender chicken coated in a luscious glaze. Perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and chop green onions.
  2. Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side).
  4. Remove chicken briefly, add remaining marinade to deglaze the pan, scraping up flavorful bits.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet with any juices. Cover and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
