Ingredients
- Spaghetti or linguine
- Fresh garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice and zest
- Chopped parsley

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until golden brown.
- Add fresh lemon juice and zest to the skillet; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drain pasta (reserve some water) and add it to the skillet with garlic mixture, parsley, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Serve immediately with extra cheese and parsley on top.
