Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  4. Add crushed tomatoes, broth, and uncooked pasta; bring to a gentle boil while stirring.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer until pasta is tender (15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
