Instructions
- Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
