Ingredients
- Fresh corn (grilled or boiled)

Instructions
- 1. Cook fresh corn until tender—boil for 5–7 minutes or grill until charred. Let cool and remove kernels.
- 2. Dice red bell pepper and red onion; coarsely chop cilantro.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cooled corn with chopped vegetables and avocado.
- 4. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture, add chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss gently.
- 5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
