- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
