  • 4 cups beef broth (low-sodium)
  • 2 cups small pasta (like elbow macaroni or ditalini)
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and caramelized.
