  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles and mini marshmallows with a spatula.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and flatten slightly. Place three mini marshmallows in the center, wrap dough around them, and seal tightly.
  6. Place stuffed cookies on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
