- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 cup seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, crab)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil (chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup cooking wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté onions until translucent (5 minutes). Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the seafood mix; cook until opaque (3–4 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce on the bottom, followed by noodles, half of the cheese mixture, and half of the seafood mix. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
