  • 1 cup beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the corned beef under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, black pepper, and brown sugar; rub the mixture all over the brisket.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard on top of the seasoned brisket, then place it in a baking dish with broth or water around it.
