- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until silky.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer sliced bananas over the crust. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture on top and smooth out.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers over the cheesecake layer, then pour remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped topping and extra banana slices or crushed wafers.
