Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Rinse blackberries under cold water and pat dry. In a bowl, mix blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick. Cut out circles using a round cutter.
