- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup roasted peanuts (crushed)

Instructions
- Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and Sriracha; whisk until smooth.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook shrimp or chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
