Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup candy corn (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Orange and yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring if using.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with half of the candy corn. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
  5. Add the rest of the candy corn on top, cover, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Once set, lift out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
