  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp chai spice blend (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger)
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and stir in both sugars until creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, chai spice blend, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula.
  6. Gently fold in toasted pecans and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
