- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink inside (7-10 minutes per side). Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped chicken, broccoli florets, and uncooked rice.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
