  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix well after each addition.
  5. Gradually incorporate brewed coffee into the batter while alternating with dry ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
