Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (high-quality)
  • 4 oz white chocolate (good-quality)
  • 1/2 cup candy canes (crushed)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Pour it onto one lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate using the same method until creamy (1-2 minutes). Stir in half of the crushed candy canes.
  4. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the set dark chocolate layer and spread it evenly. Top with remaining crushed candy canes and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or until firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces.
