- 4 oz white chocolate (good-quality)
- 1/2 cup candy canes (crushed)

Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Pour it onto one lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate using the same method until creamy (1-2 minutes). Stir in half of the crushed candy canes.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the set dark chocolate layer and spread it evenly. Top with remaining crushed candy canes and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or until firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces.
