  • 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 2 tsp churro seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar until bubbling, stirring constantly for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in ground cinnamon and pour the mixture evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
