  • 1 can (12 oz) cinnamon roll dough
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and heavy cream until well combined.
  4. Cut cinnamon roll dough into small pieces and fold gently into the cheesecake batter. Pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven with the door cracked open.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Dust with powdered sugar before enjoying.
