- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and shred.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture in the baking dish. Layer three lasagna noodles on top followed by more mixture, spinach or kale, mozzarella cheese, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
