  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder while cooking.
