Instructions

  1. Slice the onion and mince the garlic. Let the chuck roast sit at room temperature.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the roast on all sides (4-5 minutes each side).
  3. Transfer the roast to a Crockpot; layer onions and garlic on top. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
