Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
  • 1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth, stirring frequently (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and mix in honey or maple syrup until combined. Fold in mixed nuts until fully coated.
