- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the mixed nuts with maple syrup and vanilla extract until well-coated.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the nut mixture until all nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but soft in the center. Let cool completely before slicing.
