  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with milk until smooth and dip each donut into the glaze.
