- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until no pink remains.
- Slice the russet potatoes into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the browned beef mixture with cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in the sliced potatoes.
