- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red and yellow)
- 1 cup corn (optional)

Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients. Chop vegetables finely for even cooking.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add a splash of olive oil, then sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
