  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup keto-friendly bread dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
