  5. Add eggs one by one to the butter mixture, then blend in the infused milk until smooth.
  6. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes before transferring.
  7. For frosting, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and lavender extract until soft peaks form.
